With rapid online growth, Alima Faye needed to expand her brand beyond social media and create in-person fitness events that reflected her values of community, fun, and safe spaces. The challenge was to translate her digital following into real-life connections, solidify her personal brand, and provide her audience with an engaging, high-energy fitness experience.
Outcome
We hosted four dance fitness events, aligning with Alima’s own fitness journey, where dance was key to her weight loss and self-love transformation. These events welcomed 100+ attendees and helped grow her online community to over 25K, making "Get Fit with Faye" a signature part of her brand. To further solidify her community and engagement, we created a mailing list of over 70+ women, allowing for continued communication, exclusive updates, and future event promotion. I led logo creation, branding, event production, logistics, project management, operations, and budget management, while also securing major sponsors like Cano Water and Free Soul. The result was a high-energy, high-impact series of events that strengthened Alima Faye’s brand and deepened her connection with her audience.
